Repair Policy

At Cara Jewellers, we are committed to providing excellent repair services for your Jewellery. If you need to repair a product purchased through our Sales Channels, please follow the steps below.

How to Request a Repair

For any repair inquiries, please contact the Cara Customer Care Department. Our team will guide you through the repair process and send you a Shipping Kit, which contains all the necessary materials to send us your product for service

Contents of the Shipping Kit

Once you receive the Shipping Kit, it will contain the following items:

  • Service Request Form
  • Product box
  • Outer box/envelope
  • Pre-printed return label (with our address)
  • Pre-paid label (as applicable)

Please follow these steps to complete the repair request:

    1. Fill out the Service Request Form: Complete and sign the form.
    2. Prepare Your Product: Place the Cara Jewellers product, all accessories, and the International Guarantee or valid proof of purchase/service (as applicable) inside the product box.
    3. Pack the Product: Seal the product box and place it inside the outer box/envelope.
    4. Affix the Labels: Attach the pre-printed return label or the pre-paid label (as applicable) to the outer box/envelope.
    5. Send the Package: Send the outer box/envelope to the Cara Jewellers Service Center address indicated on either label.

Important Shipping Information

  • Unbranded Packaging: For security reasons, the Shipping Kit boxes will be unbranded.
  • Proof of Shipment: Please keep a proof of shipment. Only products received by the Cara Jewellers Service Center will be eligible for service.
  • Service Orders: We only accept service orders for deliveries within the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship to certain addresses, such as military locations, restricted areas (such as hotels), or P.O. boxes.

Repair Process

Once the repair service has been performed in accordance with the Cost Estimate you validated, and after full payment is received, we will return the repaired Jewellery to the shipping address you provided on the Service Request Form.

Shipping Address Changes: The shipping address for the return of the repaired product can only be changed before placing the Service Order. Address changes cannot be made after the Service Order is confirmed.
